1. Product
Acebuilder ("Service") is a product of Aceternity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). All software, features, designs, and content provided through Acebuilder are owned by or licensed to Aceternity Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service and this License, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Acebuilder for your personal or internal business purposes.
This license allows you to:
- Create and manage projects using Acebuilder's AI tools
- Generate, edit, and export landing pages and web content
- Deploy projects to connected third-party platforms
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Acebuilder platform or its underlying software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Acebuilder
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to Acebuilder without our written permission
- Use Acebuilder to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Circumvent usage limits, security measures, or access controls
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using Acebuilder. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
Acebuilder, including its name, logo, interface, and all related intellectual property, is the exclusive property of Aceternity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Nothing in this License grants you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or proprietary technology beyond the limited use described above.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to Acebuilder if you violate this License or our Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
